OH WORD?

SARAH LEE Three monster toddlers (2022-2023) // Acrylic on Canvas Paper

Happy Mother’s Day!

A very special shout out to all the mothers out there. The one and only true heroes who would be celebrated each and every day if I were in charge. I am lucky enough to have a very good one, I am married to a great one, and we have three super-talented ones right here on the FolkArtwork Collective. See their beautiful work below!

Reneesha Mccoy is a self-taught artist who began her artistic practice in 2019, living and working in North Carolina.

Jackie Bradshaw is a neurodivergent, endometriosis warrior folk/outsider artist from Kitchener Ontario Canada.

Sarah Lee is a self-taught Irish artist and illustrator working in London.

I am amazed by anyone who has the talent and inspiration to create. When they do that on top of working as mothers, I am even more blown away. Thanks to all the amazing moms and anyone who has stepped in to be that motherly figure in someone’s life.

We couldn’t do it without you!
