About two years ago, my now 7-year-old son sat next to me while I was working on various FolkArtwork tasks on my to-do list. He then started drawing while looking at the fantastic Sarah Lee artwork titled “Los Gatitos”. He worked so hard, and it turned out fantastic! Sarah was proud, the internet was proud, I was proud, and most importantly, he was proud.
Smash cut to him putting a $50 price tag on it at the “Faces In The Crowd” FolkArtwork show, and it being the most sought-after work there — sorry all other artists… nepotism at its finest. A handful of people wanted to buy it, and he proudly sold it to one lucky couple who couldn’t be more thrilled. He now walks around the house, reminding everyone he is a “famous artist.”
Due to the popularity, we decided to make postcards and list them online for sale. You can purchase one, or forty-five of them today!

FolkArtwork “Los Gatitos” Postcard by Milo Oestreich
The first ever FolkArtwork postcard with art created by Milo Oestreich, age seven, who created this after looking at self-taught artist Sarah Lee’s original work of art “Los Gatitos”. (Postcard is 7 inches x 5 inches and printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper). *FREE SHIPPING*
Proceeds of every sale will go directly to Maram Radwan, a citizen of Gaza who has been displaced due to Israel’s genocide on Palestine.
After a discussion with my new famous artist with a big head, we decided that the proceeds from each sale will be sent to Ahmed, a creative 7-year-old Palestinian boy living inside a displacement camp in Gaza with his mother, his father and two young siblings.
As of today, you can purchase (with free shipping to the continental United States) a postcard for $5 (while supplies last,) and we will do our best to get them out to you as soon as possilbe. Thanks for the love and support.
You can donate directly to Ahmed’s family here or purchase one of the shirts he created, all proceeds going directly to his family.
