According to multiple reports, “the offensive of Russian troops in the town of Ivankiv, Kyiv region, the local history museum burned down, where about two and a half dozen works by the world-famous artist Maria Prymachenko were kept.”
While nothing is worse than the loss of life, losing historical artifacts in a village, state, country is heartbreaking. What Vladimir Putin is doing is absolutely maddening and devastating.
Thoughts, prayers, positive vibes to all those being affected by this feckless war crime is not enough, but shit I just want to reach out to apologize, to let everyone affected by this know I’m thinking of them. Men. Women. Non-binary. Children.
As Ukrainians are fleeing their homes and taking up arms — do you feel helpless? Raise your voice. The more the merrier. Donate money if possible. Voices of Children and the Ukrainian Army could use it. Call and write elected officials. Read the real facts of what’s happening and call anyone out on their bullshit trying to tell you ‘this is complicated’. It’s not.
No war. Always peace.
